Home Buying Assistance Foundation, Inc. is a Non Profit Organization in the State of Florida with the purpose of assisting families achieve their American Dream of owning their very own home, by providing them with the cash and counseling necessary to achieve the American Dream, Home Ownership.
About us
Home Buying Assistance Foundation will provide families with the necessary cash they need to cover the down payment and closing costs. This will be a grant and never has to be repaid, we will counsel the family on how to get a mortgage loan approved. There are four elements income, assets, credit, and fico score.
Income - Must have sufficient income monthly to pay the mortgage and other monthly expenses, credit cards, car payment and etc.
Assets - Money to cover down payment and closing costs whatever amount you are struggling with we will provide a grant at no cost to you.
Credit and Fico Score - Lenders have requirements if your score is below satisfactory, we advise you to seek help in repairing your credit.
